I absolutely love this eye-liner! It's the best I have ever used! It is literally a gel on a stick and it just glides on, without that tearing and pulling of most eyeliners. As it is a smudge eye-liner, sometimes I find it smudges just a little too nicely! Just pop a little of setting powder before you use the eye-liner to keep it in place. I have ONLY used this eye-liner in the last year ever since I bought it. Highly recommended!

I love Harlotte's range and so I just HAD to have the eyeliner. I have been using it for a few months now and it is SUCH a great liner! It lines your eyes effortlessly and you can really adjust and smudge it to your delight...go nuts!
