Hmmm...
If some of this slips onto the skin during application, it dries like flakey gel on the skin. I also tried to use it as a clear mascara but quickly learned not to try that again because it stung my eyes so much.

I found this product pretty good. It does exactly what it says it will. And I was happy when I saw it advertised in a magazine it was $20 so I saved money too!
